Billing notes
Page count is the transcript's own pagination — condensed or full-size makes no difference to the price. The $150 minimum applies per deposition, not per invoice. Most personal-injury depositions run under 150 pages — $262 or less per deposition.
Invoices are net-14, issued after you accept the work. In contingency practice, summary costs are ordinarily recoverable as case costs — your accounting professional can confirm treatment.
Retainers suit firms with steady deposition calendars: a set monthly volume at priority turnaround, invoiced once. Email us your typical monthly page count and we will quote it plainly.
