1. What we collect

Contact details you give us through the intake form — name, firm, email, phone, matter type — and the case files you upload for the purpose of preparing your deliverable. This site does not run advertising trackers.

2. How case files are handled

Case files transfer through our secure client portal (Encyro), encrypted in transit and at rest, and are accessible only to the reviewer assigned to your matter. They are used solely to prepare your deliverable and are deleted on the schedule you set. They are never used to train models, sold, or shared with third parties beyond the infrastructure named here.

3. How contact details are used

To respond to your enquiry, run your matter, and invoice. We do not send marketing lists or newsletters, and we do not share contact details with anyone.

4. Retention and deletion

Case files: deleted on your schedule — on delivery, at matter close, or on a set date. Contact and invoicing records: kept as long as required for accounting and legal obligations, then deleted. You may request deletion of your details at any time.

5. Your rights and contact

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Write to hello@cleardepo.com and we will respond within five business days.
